Commercial Procurement:
The HardwareWall™, integrated solutions and services via purchase order subject to the eXMeritus Software Enterprise License Agreement and eXMeritus Software Standard Terms and Conditions.
Government Procurement:
HardwareWall™ integrated solutions and services can be purchased as commercial items. In accordance with FAR Part 12, the eXMeritus Software Enterprise License Agreement and the eXMeritus Software Standard Terms and Conditions are also used for Government procurement.
Use of the HardwareWall™ secure data transfer system is governed by the eXMeritus Software Enterprise License Agreement. A fully executed copy of the license agreement below must be on file at eXMeritus Software prior to receiving copies of the HardwareWall™ software.
